"Way shinier than I expected"
I really didn’t like the finish on this paper. It was way too shiny for my taste, and it made my prints look kind of cheap instead of clean or professional. The colors also looked a bit weird whenever the light hit them, which made it even more disappointing. Maybe some people like that glossy look, but for me it just stood out in a bad way.

"ICC profile support was a hassle"
I was trying to get help with an ICC profile and didn’t get much useful support. I kept getting transferred around, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. In the end, I still felt like I didn’t really get the answer I needed.

"Not really happy with what I got"
I was disappointed with my order. The paper wasn’t what I was expecting, and the whole process just feel like more of a hassle than it should’ve been. I tried to sort it out, but it didn’t seem worth spending more time on. For what I paid, I thought the quality would be better. I probably won’t be ordering from Red River Paper again.

"Paper feel wasn’t what I expect"
I was kinda let down by the texture of the paper. When I opened it and start using it for my prints, it felt way rougher than I thought it would be, not really smooth like I was hoping.
Maybe I had choose the wrong type, but for the price I expected it to feel a bit nicer. It just didn’t feel good in my hand, so I probably won’t order it again

"Delivery took way too long"
I ordered this thinking it would show up within a few days, but the shipping ended up taking way longer than expected. The tracking barely updated, so I was just left waiting with no real idea of where my order was or when it would actually arrive. The paper itself was fine once it finally got here, but the delivery experience was frustrating. If there are going to be delays, the company should be more upfront and take responsibility for keeping customers informed. I’m not sure I’d order again if I needed it quickly.

"The sample pack honestly didn’t help much"
I got the sample pack because I wanted to make a more confident choice, but it didn’t really do that for me. Maybe I was expecting too much, but a lot of the papers looked almost the same, and the info included felt minimal. I’m not saying it was useless, but for what I needed, it just didn’t give me enough to go on.

I reached out to tech support hoping for a quick fix, but wow, it felt like I was waiting forever. After all that back and forth, nothing actually got resolved. Super frustrating and kind of exhausting.

I bought this paper from Red River Paper for my inkjet, thinking it would be a good fit, but it just didn’t work out for me. It kept jamming, and when it did print, the colors looked Really weird. I tried messing with different printer settings a few times, but nothing helped. The website made it seem like it should be compatible, so that was frustrating. Ended up wasting a bunch of time and paper.

"Return was way more hassle than it should’ve been"
I had a frustrating experience trying to return my order. The whole process wasn’t very clear, and I felt like I had to keep reaching out just to get basic updates, which got old fast!!
The refund also took longer than I expected, so overall it was just more hassle than it should’ve been. Maybe other people have had better luck, but I don’t think I’ll be ordering from redriverpaper.com again

Every time I order this, the paper is different from the last batch. At first I thought maybe it was a one-time thing, but nope, it keeps happening. Annoying when you’re expecting the same product and it shows up feeling totally different. Anyway, it’s paper, not a life crisis, but still frustrating

The box showed up a little bent, which wasn’t the biggest deal, but I did notice it right away when I brought it in from the porch after work. Everything inside seemed fine, so I’m not too upset, but the packaging itself could’ve been a bit sturdier.

To be fair, I’m sure the guides were meant to be helpful, but they mostly left me more confused than when I started. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect instructions to walk you through things in a clearer way, especially if they’re supposed to help new users

I was disappointed with how these prints turned out. The colors looked nothing like they did on my screen or on the paper I usually use. The reds came out dull, and the skin tones looked strange. I wasn’t asking for anything fancy, just decent color accuracy, and it felt like that basic request was ignored. I won’t be buying these again

I tried placing an order twice, and both times the paper I needed was out of stock. that got annoying fast. Having to keep checking back like this feels unnecessary, so I probably won’t bother trying again.

"Replies took a bit longer than I hoped"
Support did get back to me, so it wasn’t like I was completely ignored or anything, but the replies were slower than I expected. Like, if I asked a quick question, I’d have to wait a while, and then if I needed to follow up about something small, that took time too. It wasn’t awful, and I’ve definitely dealt with worse, like no response at all or copy-paste answers, but it could’ve been faster. Overall, not a huge deal, just a little frustrating when you’re waiting around for an update.
